My relationship has been subjected to an immense experience of disruption brought about by deep seated fears in my partner. We bring into our relationships things from our pasts which have nothing whatsoever to do with our existing relationships, but which can savagely impact upon our interactions. When this happens we may find ourselves dealing with monsters from the past which come in with "the baggage". Should this happen, these monsters may destroy something beautiful, simply because they have greater influence than the contemporary love.
